Conditions for the Job Offer Guarantee

Attendance Requirement:
100% attendance during the course period is required (for example, 100% for the 1-month plan, and 80% or higher for the 1-year plan).
Any absences must be approved in advance. -
Assignment Completion:
All designated assignments (such as the Entry Sheet and mock interviews) must meet or exceed the passing standard, as predetermined by the program. -
Pre-course Skill Assessment:
Participants must meet the minimum standard in the pre-course evaluation of Japanese language ability and job aptitude.
(JLPT N1 or N2 level is required, but confirmation will be conducted before enrollment.) -
Company Selection Process:
Job offers are made based on the hiring decisions of the partner companies for positions suitable for each participant.
The final hiring decision is solely determined by the company and is outside of our control. -
Support in Case of Rejection:
In cases where a company decides not to hire a participant, supplementary support will be provided — such as additional company introductions or extended job placement assistance — as clearly stated in advance.
